Should your country of origin require you to have a VISA to enter the United States to present your Paper and/or to participate in the Conference, and the Author(s) do not already have a VISA, it is recommended that the Author(s) that will be attending begin the VISA process when they receive notification that there submitted Abstract has been accepted.
Well-prepared VISA application documents will normally take four to fifteen working days to process and may require an appointment to begin the process. Appointment dates may not be available for several months. Additionally, there are VISA approval times, and these approval times will vary by country.
AUTOTESTCON 2025 Committee members and Conference Catalysts representatives cannot assist you with the VISA process by either contacting your Embassy or providing documentation not already available on the AUTOTESTCON 2025 website.
